Prices

  • All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and duties.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior consent.
  • Out-of-stock items may occur.

Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
  • Payment is deducted when the item is shipped.
  • All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.
  • Prices are subject to errors and sold-out items.

Delivery

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day; otherwise, the next business day.
  • We deliver throughout Denmark, with shipping prices starting from 50 DKK.
  • Delivery is made to the specified delivery address at the time of ordering.
  • We do not deliver internationally, to the Faroe Islands, or Greenland.
  • Items are delivered via Post Nord or Dao.
  • Please note that if there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup point.
  • Items are delivered every business day, 1-5 business days after ordering.
  • Specific delivery conditions may apply to certain items.

Warranty

  • A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Purchase Act.
  • The warranty does not apply to color fading in the paper.
  • The warranty applies to manufacturing defects.
  • Return costs are covered to a reasonable extent.

Right of Withdrawal

  • There is usually no right of withdrawal for handmade individual flowers and bouquets.
  • Contact us at kontakt@paperflower.dk to report a complaint.

Return

  • Individual handmade flowers or bouquets are usually not returnable, but contact us regarding your order.

  • We collect information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and information about your purchase.
  • We process your personal information in accordance with our personal data policy.
